I am not a broker, financial advisor representative of any investment or insurance company, or any other investment touting sales person. My name is Rolf Heartburg and I am here to protect your best interests.

I chose to leave the brokerage industry because I no longer felt I was serving my clients needs to the fullest potential. With so many confining requirements to sell proprietary products placed upon brokers and financial advisors, I was prevented from sharing with my clients many of the alternative financial vehicles from which I knew they could yield benefits.

Your Investment Resource

There are a wide array of investments out there with confusing aspects such as administrative fees, mortality and expense charges, contingent deferred sales charges, liquidity restrictions, and much, much more! I want to expose those hidden aspects and be a resource for you to utilize when making difficult investment decisions. Many people are taken advantage of each and every day because of their lack of understanding and exposure to complex investment concepts or product types. Perhaps the recommendation is being made to earn a big commission? Let me help you determine whether the investment recommendations being made to you are appropriate.

You can rest assured knowing I will be giving you objective advice because I am not working to sell you some type of investment, but, rather, I am working outside the commission-based investment industry as an independent consultant with no investment company affiliation—just the desire to make sure no one takes advantage of you!
